While you are welcome to purchase these plans as drawn, they are there to provide inspiration in order to allow me to create a custom home design that is uniquely yours. How can I purchase your floor plans?
To purchase the floor plans, you have three options: A Study Set, A Full Set, or Custom Plan.
What is included in the full set of working drawings?
The full set of working drawings includes fully dimensional foundation plans and all four elevations: front, rear, left, and right-side views, with approval to build one time on your property.
What is a study set?
The ‘study set’ of plans includes a not-to-scale, limited dimension, promotional floor plan with a front view drawing.
How can I request a custom-design?
To request a custom-designed layout, please contact me via email for a custom build.
